Jakura 5 Tablet is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis (an autoimmune disease which leads to joint pain and damage), psoriatic arthritis (an inflammatory condition of the joints), and ulcerative colitis (an inflammatory disease of the large intestine).

Jakura 5 Tablet contains Tofacitinib, which works by blocking the Janus kinase enzyme, thereby lowering inflammation and symptoms associated with rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis. 

Jakura 5mg tablet contains Tofacitinib, a disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMARD) that treats moderate-to-severe active autoimmune conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and ulcerative colitis. It works by inhibiting the Janus kinase (JAK) enzyme to reduce inflammation, joint pain, and swelling.

Important Information:
How to take: Taken with or without food, ideally at the same time daily.
Common Side Effects: Headache, diarrhea, nausea, upper respiratory tract infections, and nasal inflammation.
Warnings: It can suppress the immune system, increasing the risk of infections, blood clots, and certain cancers. It should be used under strict medical supervision.
